Prospera Global Holdings seeks to identify and develop high-potential hospitality, real estate, tourism, infrastructure, and strategic assets in West Africa, beginning in Togo.
We believe the most durable value in these markets is created by sponsors who combine international capital and standards with genuine local knowledge, and who are willing to do the unglamorous work of feasibility, structuring, and partner selection before committing to build.
We do not present ourselves as an established fund manager or a developer with a completed track record. We are building the platform, and we say so plainly.
